We’re thrilled to be partnering with Let’s See Labs to offer a transformative leadership workshop on the theme of leading in a polarized world. Participants will meet for four sessions on consecutive Tuesday evenings in mid October-early November 2022. We’ll also do some reflective work in between sessions to deepen our learning and growth.

We see this training as an important learning experience for leaders in our Common Street community as we seek to develop the skills, self-awareness, and emotional courage to really show up and do the work of building a diverse, love-centered community. As we have found over the years, being a “love-centered community” is easier said than done.
We also see this training as relevant and empowering for anyone seeking to lead in our world in these times of polarization; and so we invite friends of the community who may be peace-makers, teachers, community or business leaders, etc., to also join us on this journey.

- Part 2: Own Your Experience + Illuminate Triggers, Identity Markers, & Stories: Tuesday, Oct 18th, 7:00pm-8:30pm
- Zoom Gathering in (4) cohorts: Live Session 2 (~75 min)
- Additional individual/personal exercises to be completed online after Live Session 2
- Part 3: Feel Grief + Shatter Hero and Villain Roles: Tuesday, Oct 25th, 7:00pm-8:30pm

- Part 4: Shift the Blame Frame & Explore Forgiveness: Tuesday, Nov 1st, 7:00pm-8:30pm
