Yoga in the Sanctuary
December 9 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Yoga is a practice that unites the mind and body. In fact, yoga means “to yoke” or unite. It is an ancient healing practice that is both physical and spiritual, incorporating postures, breath, and meditation. Yoga heals! From numerous forms of trauma, anxiety, and physical stiffness, yoga provides relief and builds a strong physical and spiritual core.
Join us every Monday from 7-8 pm for a vinyasa flow that will strengthen and energize as well as promote flexibility and balance. We will also experience inner peace by the closing meditation called Shivasana. Please bring a mat and water bottle, and the class meets in the beautiful sanctuary. There is no registration required, and the cost per class is $10 or a food pantry donation (the pantry is located outside the center). Venmo: Jennifer-Kurz-2. Please follow us on instragram: @yogadoc_
