Psychedelic journeys, shamanic ceremonies, deep meditation, and other altered states can open powerful experiences, insights, and emotional processes. Without integration, these experiences often remain fragmented or difficult to embody in everyday life.

This workshop explores practical methods for psychedelic integration rooted in Process Work, somatic awareness, and consciousness-based practices.

Topics include:

— working with body sensations, emotions, symbols, and imagery

— transforming difficult experiences into resources

— bringing insight into daily life, creativity, and relationships
