Workshops

Sanctuary

1:00Biodanza Discovery Dance — Laurie Thibault & Doug Costello
A process that reconnects you to the life within and around you through movement — a meditation on life, and the desire to be reborn from our fragmented gestures and free ourselves from our empty structures of repression.
2:30Sound Bath — Julia Klebanov
Powerful healing through vibration and sound. This modality supports many systems of the body, and is deeply blissful and relaxing.
4:00Reiki Dance — Daniel Montoya
Connect with and move the energy inside. Dance and let the chi flow — give and receive Reiki with guidance from a Reiki master.
6:00Ecstatic Dance — DJ AM Dragonfire, presented by ¿How Lovely are We?
Join us at the end of the festival to dance it out and set that spirit free! Closes out the day.

Choir Room

12:00Drum & Chant Your Prayers — Josef Kottler
Through drumming and chanting, this workshop is designed to open the heart and tap into our connection with god.
1:30How to Jam with Anyone — Nate Shaffer
Music is a birthright. Focused on relationship & presence as guiding lights in music-making. Open to any level, any background — come to play, listen, and experience music in a new way.
3:00Adult Ballet — Carol Sereda
Dance for the physical, mental, and emotional fun of it! Beginners welcome — come channel your inner dancer.
4:30VortexHealing Group Healing — Ric Weinman
A short introductory talk followed by a 30-minute group healing, with questions after. VortexHealing is a magical healing art and awakening process working with the Divine energy and intelligence of its lineage. More at vortexhealing.org

Fellowship Hall

12:00Compassionate Touch — Julia Klebanov
Exploring modalities for body regulation to help us co-regulate quickly — intentional points of contact, swaying together, circular breathing, and eye gazing.
1:30Somatic Breathwork — Tiffany Hawco
Where healing meets intention and breath becomes your portal to inner transformation. Reconnect, awaken your spirit, and release what no longer serves you.
3:00The 5Rhythms Movement & Shamanic Journey — Margaux Scalecki
Explore five movement qualities to release tension, process emotion, and quiet the mind, then journey to meet a power animal and find our loving heart.
4:30Beside Ourselves — Becca Phillips
A somatic exploration of grief stored in the body, for people assigned female at birth and others who identify with the lived experience of womanhood. Stillness & sound, discussion & movement, and time with each other.

Yoga — Moon Room

12:00High Energy Flow — AnnaMae
An intense, fast-paced workout that forces you out of your mind and into the flow of your sacred body.
1:30Gentle Vinyasa Flow — Kim Norton
A heart-centered practice meant to tune into your body and move the way it wants to move, slowly flowing through poses.
3:00Vinyasa Flow — Nathan Denison
A deeply immersive, breath-informed practice flowing in and out of different physical postures.
