Authentic Relating Games: Presence

In this evening of Authentic Relating Games, we’ll gently explore what it means to stay present with ourselves and others in real time. Through playful exercises, curiosity, movement, and honest connection, we’ll practice noticing our impulses, emotions, sensations, and desires — without rushing past them.
Together, we’ll explore:
What helps us feel safe, open, and connected
How to recognize and communicate while being present
How presence can deepen intimacy, trust, and self-awareness
Come as you are — with your curiosity, your honesty, your tenderness, and presence.
Core Practices of Authentic Relating:
Welcome Everything
Honor Self and Other

Commitment to Connection
