Join us for an immersion into collective presence in this 2 hour container on Friday night. With multiple modalities celebrating aliveness together, we will weave sharing circle, breath work, sound healing and connection with one another. We’ll practice together how to surrender anything that has been held in our hearts. We’ll gently hold them together in a circle and transmute to light through vibration and breath.
