We are happy to invite you to join the morning yoga flow practice with live music. Come to stretch, to breathe, to connect with yourself and others, come to be carried by beautiful music and harmonies.

Doors will open at 10:00 AM. Please be on time.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and blanket for relaxation. Wear comfortable preferably light or colorful clothes (no black please).
