Breath control is self control. When you are better able to manage your breath you are better able to manage your life. The breath is the fastest way to shift the state of our nervous system and when we breathe as a group we create a powerful synergy of change. Join us weekly for a 30 minute breath work session that is broken into 3 parts. After a brief body scan we will move the upper body to help free the ribcage and then settle into a simple way of breathing that will lower stress and anxiety, and increase focus and presence. Each class is $8 and the first class is free with the code FIRST.
