Authentic Relating Games: Badass Boundaries

April 11 @ 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
  • « Bollywood Dance Workout
  • Natick Drum Circle »

When we hear the word boundaries, many of us imagine walls or red tape — lines that say “stop” or “don’t cross.”

But boundaries can also be something beautiful. They are the places where we honor ourselves. Where we listen deeply to our yes and our no.
When we respect our own boundaries, something powerful happens. We create space to show up more authentically. We build relationships rooted in trust — knowing the people in our circle are there because they truly want to be.
Tonight in Authentic Relating Games, we’ll gently explore what boundaries feel like in real time.
We’ll practice noticing our yes, our no, and everything in between.
Through simple games of play, curiosity, and connection, we’ll explore how we show up in the world — what feels nourishing for us and what doesn’t.
Only you truly know where your boundaries live.
And honoring them can be one of the most loving things you do for yourself.
Let’s explore that together tonight — with honesty, kindness, and a little bit of joy.
🌟Core Practices of Authentic Relating:
1) Welcome Everything
2) Honor Self and Other
3) Own Your Experience
4) Commitment to Connection
