Yes, we welcome singer/songwriters, but the N.O.M. also encourages people to share a wider range of talents, including story telling, poetry, dancing, standup comedy and even flow arts. Basically any form of tasteful performance art that can be done live in front of an audience can be part of the show. We provide the sound reinforcement and lighting and you provide the talent.

We ask a minimum donation of $5+ from all attendees, both audience members and performers.

One week before the show, we open up the lines for you to get your name on the performer list. We don’t figure out the order until the night of the show. To make it easier, we don’t ask anyone to open the show — your hosts Bruno and Dave will break the ice by being the first act.

Ideally we like to have 16 acts. Each act gets 8 minutes of stage time to do their thing (including setup and clearing off).

Groups should be of 4 members or less (larger groups will need special approval). You can appear once as a solo act and again as part of an ensemble, but shouldn’t appear more than twice in the show. If we don’t get a full roster of 16 acts, you may get a chance at more stage time.

We have a piano available for anyone who wants to make it part of their act.
