“Śakti – Power of the Divine Feminine” — yoga and self-empowering workshop
An energetic afternoon of dynamic yoga, deep reflection, breath-work, mindful meditations, beautiful music, and insightful yogic philosophy workshop to learn, explore and activate our Śakti energy.
We will explore the history and sacredness of the divine Feminine – Shakti.
How Kundalini shakti is the very energy of consciousness, which, when aroused, brings higher states of awareness. A powerful energy, when activated, may manifest our physical, mental, and spiritual lives. More importantly, how we can cultivate & harness Śakti & Kundalinī energies to help live a purposeful and balanced life of strength, resilience, and compassion.
