PAUSE community retreat
PAUSE community retreat
September 2, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Dear Common Street attendees, members and new friends,
We have set aside a weekend to celebrate the amazing place that is Common Street Spiritual Center. Please PAUSE, to come and join us. This relaxing, wellness-focused retreat will be a time for the community to come together. You may attend all or any parts of the retreat. We will spend our time focused on self-care through guided meditations, small group activities, children’s activities, art, movement, a yogic open mic night, and sharing nourishing meals. Most of all, my hope is to bring the community closer by providing space and time for connection with each other. I want everyone to walk away from this weekend feeling loved, a little more healed, nourished in body and spirit, and hopefully, like they made a new friend.
Hope to see you there!
Amanda Short
