Join Bay Staters for Natural Medicine, a grassroots nonprofit, to learn how to grow mushrooms, make art, and meet other people interested in healing!

Beginning at 2pm, we’ll have fun and delicious mushroom snacks and a presentation on how mushrooms created and shaped humanity from the beginning of time. Attendees will then learn how to safely forage for mushrooms, how mushrooms can be grown with kits available for donation to support the nonprofit’s work, and —with the help of professional painter Colomba Klenner — learn to contribute to a community mural. Activities are kid-friendly and people of all ages are welcome!
