Emotions In Motion’s monthly Mother’s Circle is a safe and supportive space for like-minded women of all ages and stages of motherhood to connect, reflect, share, and experience the healing and growth that happens when women gather in community and connect through authenticity, courage, and vulnerability.

Each circle is unique, offering a welcoming and non-judgmental space for mothers to foster meaningful connections, conversations, and reflection. Circles include meditation, guided journaling, time to hold space for each other and share our stories, authentic conversations, mindful movement, and other immersive mind-body experiences that promote healing, growth, and connection.
