Whether you’re curious to begin or years into a practice, start the week off right with Meditation Mondays. Try out breathwork, chanting, sound baths and other techniques in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Meditators of all levels are welcome to drop in 7-8PM on Monday nights! Come every week or as often as works in your schedule. FREE. No registration required.
