Meditation and Breath to Clear the Mind for Peaceful Sleep

Deep sleep. Clear mind. In this class you will learn a simple and effective chant, its hand and eye placement, and breathing technique. We will meditate with the chant for 12 to 30 minutes.

This four-class series is specifically designed to help you during the day, deliberately preparing you to settle down for a good slumber.

Join for all four classes, or walk-in the evening of Tuesday, March 12, 19, 26, April 2, from 7 – 8 p.m.

Class is for all levels. Beginners are encouraged to join.

Sarah Ering is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 24 years of experience in the healing field. Her office located in Natick Center.
