Seasonal sound healing is coming to Natick inspired by our beloved Pine trees! 🌲🌲🌲

There are over a hundred species of Pine around the world and many of them are revered by cultures for their medicinal uses.

The needles, inner bark, and resin provide remedies for a variety of ailments such as infections, coughs, allergies, and joint inflammation.

These trees also gift us lumber, food, essential oil, incense, as well as energetic and spiritual protection.

They are often considered a cornerstone species that uplift and support many other species all year long.

Lara and Nicole will be guiding a fortifying and cleansing journey through sound to connect with the Pine. Together we will work with this powerful ally and activate our resilience for our winter season.

Complimentary Pine needle tea and a share circle is optional at the end of the sound healing.
