Kundalini: Tradition, Myth, and Personal Transformation

Join Monty for a grounded yet illuminating exploration of Kundalini—its roots in ancient tradition, its evolving role in modern spirituality, and how it can enrich your personal journey of healing, growth, and transformation.
You’ve likely heard terms like “Kundalini energy,” “Kundalini awakening,” or “Kundalini yoga” in spiritual communities and online spaces. Yet despite their popularity, these concepts are often misunderstood—or presented in ways that feel vague or even contradictory. If you’ve ever felt confused or curious, you’re not alone.
So what is Kundalini, really? Why does it matter—if at all—on your path? And how might a deeper understanding of this energy support your everyday life?
This class is designed for anyone seeking a clearer, more holistic understanding of Kundalini from both a philosophical and personal perspective. Whether you’re completely new to the concept or looking to deepen your knowledge, you’re welcome here.
