What if the parts of yourself you’ve been resisting- your fears, frustrations, doubts, and desires- weren’t obstacles, but portals?
JourneyDance™: Shadow Alchemy is an immersive movement experience designed to guide you into the depths of your inner world, where the raw, unfiltered aspects of self can be met with curiosity, movement, and transformation. This is a space to reclaim the parts of you that have been hidden, suppressed, or misunderstood—to move with them, rather than against them, and alchemize shadow into wisdom, angst into art, tension into freedom.
What to Expect:
* Grounding & Intention-Setting – We’ll begin by creating a safer, permission-filled space to drop into the body, attune to sensation, and welcome all aspects of self.
* Guided Movement & Shadow Exploration – Using evocative music and gentle prompts, you’ll be invited to move through emotions rather than around them- allowing suppressed energy to be expressed, honored, and released.
* Connection Practices – Experience somatic exercises that deepen self-intimacy and cultivate a sense of collective support in the group container.
* Integration & Reflection – We’ll close with grounding techniques to integrate your experience, ensuring you leave feeling centered, resourced, and empowered.

This is your time to express fully, feel deeply, and move freely within a non-judgmental, sacred container.
Come As You Are.

No dance experience is needed—only a willingness to explore. Whether you’re seeking release, clarity, creative flow, or a deeper sense of embodiment, this space is yours to reclaim.
