In this gathering, I will present the foundation of my signature method, which was born from a deep listening to my own body in motion and is nourished by multiple sources: Gypsy dance, theater, bioenergetics, somatic education, intuitive dance, biodanza, among other practices of reconnection and expression.

More than techniques, what I share here is a lived path.
My body is living proof that movement can heal, release, and awaken dormant potential.
