• Address- 13 Common St Spiritual Center in Natick
• What to bring – Yoga Mat / Eye Covering / blanket /
  Pillow / Water / Chapstick
• We recommend fasting 3 hours before the session
• No drugs or alcohol at 48 hrs before session
• Sleep well the night before & Hydrate well
