We live in a world that expects us to always feel “okay”, even when we don’t. We don’t really have a place to go and process the more challenging feelings that close our hearts down.
This Heart Healing Ceremony is meant to be a place where you can purposefully explore what’s going on inside that is calling for your attention. These feelings are often best processed in the welcoming and empathetic arms of community.
That’s what we’re creating here 
This event is for individuals experiencing a wide array of challenging emotions. Whether you’re grappling with…

– Heartache
– Loss of a loved one
– Disappointment
– A loss of any kind (career, identity, phase of life, etc.)
– Or just feeling blocked in your ability to open your heart to life

…this inclusive and compassionate gathering is here to welcome you.
Our Heart Healing Ceremony will be a three-hour experience where we’ll compassionately (and creatively) explore our more difficult feelings.
And we’ll do it in ways that help you fully integrate them so they don’t remain “frozen” in place (which then just turns them into triggers that keep firing off again and again).
