Evening Yoga Class
May 13 @ 7:00 pm - 8:45 pm

The class will incorporate Hatha Yoga asanas, gentle joint warm up based in flowing circular movements and elements of breathing and concentration. For about an hour we will focus on spinal alignment and tension release through yoga asana practice followed by a short practice of breathing exercises and/or meditation techniques.
The class will meet on Tuesday evenings with some exceptions. The first class will be at the Sanctuary.
