All are welcome, whether you are looking to combat day-to-day stress or you’d like to uncover subtle layers of yourself by diving deep! No prior experience is necessary.
About Lipi:
Lipi works as a scientific software engineer with the MathWorks. While pursuing her professional education in grad school, she came across and was deeply impacted by the techniques of the Art of Living foundation. She discovered that her own breath held the power to heal and transform emotions and impressions stored over the years. She later went on to train as a 1000+ hour certified breathwork and meditation faculty with the Art of Living. Over the last six years, she has worked as a volunteer faculty with several student and adult groups to bring a lasting impact to their lives.
