Join Stephanie and Rosh for an evening of Ceremony & Meaningful Connection. We will start our evening with Cacao to awaken and open our hearts. Gathering in love we will move our way into exploring some playful Authentic Relating Games to deepen our abilities to be in authentic connection with ourselves and others.

Cacao Ceremony with Stephanie Brown:
Cacao is a sacred plant medicine tradition that has been utilized for thousands of years to facilitate deeper heart opening and love, effortless focus, amazing meditation or spiritual practice, and for inspiration & creativity. Cacao is a powerful catalyst for all types of inner work, and in a ceremony, it supports our healing and growth. When approached this way, cacao will offer opportunities to cultivate greater self-love, awareness and expansion of our consciousness. This cacao comes from Guatemala and is single origin, organic, and fair trade, and created with love.

Authentic Relating Game Night Led by Rosh:
AR Games were created to give you a playbook for how to begin relating on an authentic level. Often communication starts and stops because we feel unsure about how to approach it, what to say, or what to ask. Turning communication into a game provides a guiding structure and set of agreements for everyone involved. This removes a lot of the stress and anxiety from connection, and adds in an inviting element of play.
AR Games (played with 2 or more people) are designed to take you from Surface level answers to → Sharing what’s really going on.
From Feeling disconnected to → Feeling a real bond.
From Not knowing what to say to→ A connected in-flow conversation.
From Lack of understanding to→ Gaining helpful insights about each other.
Playing these games help build skills for any relationship: Romantic partnerships, families, roommates, friends, community groups, teams, and clientele.

What to bring: Bring a journal and a water bottle + something comfy to sit on (Yoga Mat / Blanket / Pillow).
