WE BEGIN THE EVENING WITH A WARM CACAO CEREMONY:

My cacao recipe is inspired by my time living in Paris.
The French have the richest, most luxurious hot chocolate in the world, and I’ve brought that same feel to this blend.

It’s ceremonial-grade cacao, blended with creamy almond milk, warming spices, and just the right amount of maple syrup.

It’s very tasty and heart-opening.

Once the cacao settles in, we move into connection games.

WHAT ARE CONNECTION GAMES?

They’re guided activities that make it easy to talk, listen, and actually feel seen.

No small talk. No pressure.

Just real moments with real people.

You’ll probably laugh. You might tear up. And you’ll leave feeling more connected—to yourself and to others.

To close out the night, we’ll share a warm bowl of homemade vegan soup to help ground yourself before heading home.

How to prepare: Don’t eat 3 hours beforehand. I’ll send a quick prep email the day of.
