Being Seen Being Heard: Ritual Dance Theater Workshop

A Ritual Theater Improvisation workshop.
This workshop is designed to welcome all parts of us. The parts who always show up as well as the parts that tend to hide, those parts that want to scream and the parts that have no voice at all.
The performing arts, dance, theater, music, voice and more have a way that encourages us to have the courage to be seen and heard.
We must be curious about all the voices in our heard and heart. We are prisms of moving energies that dance us this way and that way. When we give these energies voices, we are able to create real life theater in real time.
