DESCRIPTION:Join Nelya for a Kundalini-inspired community class to restore spirit\, mind\, and body. We start by tuning in with breath work and mantra\, followed by a warm up and Kriya (set of Kundalini exercises). We’ll end with a relaxing meditation. Each class focuses on a unique theme\, from self love and immune support to connecting with your intuition. This class is an invitation to slow down and look inward to connect with a deeper consciousness.
