DESCRIPTION:World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day Celebration \nThis Earth Day\, join us in celebrating with free qigong and tai chi in the park! It is also World Tai Chi & Qigong Day. \nClass will involve a half hour of each. All around the world at 10 a.m.\, people will be practicing! \nWhile tai chi was developed as a martial art\, qigong was developed for health & well-being. Today\, both are commonly used for this purpose. \nThey work with the body’s natural energy (qi) to promote health and our connection with nature. Take care of yourself to better take care of the earth!
