SUMMARY:Authentic Relating Games: Badass Boundaries
DESCRIPTION:When we hear the word boundaries\, many of us imagine walls or red tape — lines that say “stop” or “don’t cross.” \n\nBut boundaries can also be something beautiful. They are the places where we honor ourselves. Where we listen deeply to our yes and our no.\n\nWhen we respect our own boundaries\, something powerful happens. We create space to show up more authentically. We build relationships rooted in trust — knowing the people in our circle are there because they truly want to be.\n\nTonight in Authentic Relating Games\, we’ll gently explore what boundaries feel like in real time.\nWe’ll practice noticing our yes\, our no\, and everything in between.\n\nThrough simple games of play\, curiosity\, and connection\, we’ll explore how we show up in the world — what feels nourishing for us and what doesn’t.\n\nOnly you truly know where your boundaries live.\n\nAnd honoring them can be one of the most loving things you do for yourself.\n\nLet’s explore that together tonight — with honesty\, kindness\, and a little bit of joy.\n\nCore Practices of Authentic Relating:\n1) Welcome Everything\n2) Honor Self and Other\n3) Own Your Experience\n4) Commitment to Connection\n\n About the Facilitators\n\nTiffany Hawco creates spaces people return to—grounded\, alive\, and deeply human. A facilitator\, somatic breathwork practitioner\, hula hoop teacher\, and environmentalist\, she integrates breath\, movement\, and intuitive facilitation into experiences that invite reflection and connection. Guided by curiosity and compassion\, Tiffany’s vibrant\, nurturing presence encourages participants to trust their own voices while cultivating meaningful connection with one another and the Earth.\n\nNathan Kessel is a facilitator who weaves his experience in mindfulness meditation\, Nonviolent Communication\, Circling\, embodiment practices\, Buddhism\, and the work of Joanna Macy to co-create experiences that help people connect deeply with themselves and others. He deeply believes in the power of genuine connection\, understanding\, and empathy to heal and transform our world for the better.\n\n Suggested donation: $20–$45 (offered in the spirit of generosity\, no one turned away)\n\nYou’re invited to bring your curiosity\, your honesty\, and all of your badass boundaries.\n\nRSVP Here: https://partiful.com/e/bxWPcMIFvnxqNJFmQrfk?c=hR9PtOgf

SUMMARY:Authentic Relating Games: Changing Chapters
DESCRIPTION:Change is something we all experience. Sometimes it shows up as a big decision — leaving a job\, ending or beginning a relationship\, or shifting a long-held habit. Other times it’s more subtle\, like noticing the change of seasons: winter giving way to spring\, spring unfolding into summer. \n\nLife is always moving\, always transitioning.\n\nAnd yet\, change can feel tender. We often find comfort in what’s familiar\, even when part of us knows we’re ready to grow in a new direction.\n\nTonight\, we’ll explore the seasons of change within ourselves. Together we’ll create a space to notice\, honor\, and welcome the transitions that are alive in our lives.\n\nThrough simple\, playful\, and curious Authentic Relating games\, you’ll be invited to explore:\nA change you might be contemplating\nA transition you’re currently moving through\nOr a shift you’d like to celebrate\n\nThere’s nothing you need to force or figure out. Just come as you are.\nTogether we’ll create a container that is safe\, supportive\, and real — where change can be witnessed\, honored\, and held in community.\n\nCore Practices of Authentic Relating:\n1) Welcome Everything\n2) Honor Self and Other\n3) Own Your Experience\n4) Commitment to Connection\n\n About the Facilitators\n\nTiffany Hawco creates spaces people return to—grounded\, alive\, and deeply human.
