DESCRIPTION:The second ‘Divine Design – Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath’ will be held on Friday\, December 1st at the Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick\, MA! Here are the details…\n-Doors open at 6:00 for stretching\, snacking\, and socializing while music in the background sets the mood. \n-There will be an intention-setting meditation at 7:00\, with a theme coinciding with the winter solstice. We will then transition into dancing to delicious exotic jams\, with both DJ set/performance and live (often improv) accompaniment on a variety of instruments. This will be the ecstatic dance portion of the event.\n-Then\, cool down and ground with a sound bath featuring singing bowls\, shamanic drumming\, and more to close out the event.\n-Stick around\, have snacks\, and socialize for a bit after the sound bath if you wish! \nThere is a suggested donation of $25-35 for this event\, but if funds are a barrier to entry for you\, don’t let that stop you from enjoying this releasing\, healing\, and uplifting community event… just donate whatever you can. SUMMARY:Traditional Rattle Making Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Rattles are the sound of the North in the medicine wheel. Their sound assimilate the rain therefore a good cleanser of dense energies stuck in body\, mind or spaces. They are also used for traveling into other realms\, journeying to the North where our ancestors\, teachers and guides live. \nIn this workshop you will craft a traditional corn filled Elk-rattle for ceremonial and healing use. \nOnce sacred space has been opened and everyone has voiced their presence in the circle we will receive the materials for bringing these tools through. The first step is to make the holes and sew them together. We will be filling them with sand to take the desired shape and let them dry while having lunch and embarking on a journey with Nelya Binder. She will will be offering a Conscious Yoga class to connect with Mother Earth and the elements inspired by rattle making. DESCRIPTION:What is a Group Healing Goddess Circle?\nGroup healings are powerful opportunities to clear and release issues that participants share collectively. Each group healing is different\, since Spirit determines what we address. Sometimes\, we work deeply to release an issue like fear held in the body. At other times\, Spirit upgrades our energy system\, giving us tools to help others. The healings are transformative and support our awakening. Usually\, group healings last 45-60 minutes. Participants are welcome to ask for support with a specific issue beforehand. After the healing\, we meditate in the stillness. But E.N. also knows the way of sublime sounds that are flowing\, soothing and delicate. \nPlease arrive no later than 7pm so you can settle in before the opening ceremony.
