One that has been there all along\, but was invisible to you because the meaning you were previously stuck inside of actually prevented you from seeing it.\nWhat I love about meaning making is that it’s a skill you can learn. The better you get at it\, the more you can look forward to these important benefits opening up for you:\nFirst\, you become more agile in your ability to navigate life skillfully and gracefully. You feel more capable and able to take on anything that matters to you.\nSecond\, you become antifragile. DESCRIPTION:The third ‘Divine Design – Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath’ will be held on Friday\, February 16th at the Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick\, MA! Here are the details… \n-Doors open at 6:30 for stretching\, snacking\, and socializing while music in the background sets the mood.\n-There will be an intention-setting meditation at 7:00 with a theme regarding self\, love\, relationships\, matters of the heart… you know\, all things Valentine’s Day.\n-We will then transition into dancing to delicious exotic jams\, with both DJ set/performance and live (often improv) accompaniment on a variety of instruments. This will be the ecstatic dance portion of the event.\n-Then\, cool down and ground with a sound bath featuring singing bowls\, shamanic drumming\, and more to close out the event.\n-Stick around\, have snacks\, and socialize for a bit after the sound bath if you wish! \nThere is a suggested donation of $25-35 for this event\, but if funds are a barrier to entry for you\, don’t let that stop you from enjoying this releasing\, healing\, and uplifting community event… just donate whatever you can. Every contribution will help us to keep putting on these events\, as we would like for this event to keep happening on a regular basis! \nBring anything you might want… hoops/poi/etc. for flow arts\, a yoga mat/blanket/pillow for the sound bath\, water for hydration. DESCRIPTION:Release what’s ready to be released. Led by Diana Phillips \nWhat is a Group Healing Circle? \nGroup healings are a powerful opportunity for women to clear and release issues shared collectively. The nature of the collective group energy field amplifies the healing that is imparted. Each group healing is different\, since Spirit determines what we will address. Sometimes\, we work deeply to release a concern like fear held in the body. At other times\, Spirit upgrades our energy system\, giving us tools to help others. The healings are transformative and support our awakening. Usually\, group healings last 45-60 minutes. Participants are welcome to ask for support with a specific matter beforehand. During the group healing\, we meditate and Diana brings through what Spirit offers us. After the healing\, we meditate in the stillness. Finally\, those who are moved to are invited to share their experiences. \nHow are the healings transmitted? Diana leads group healings with help from Spirit\, the Arenal Volcano\, Jaguar energy\, Divine Grace\, and the Archangels. \nDiana Phillips- is a gifted practitioner who has worked in the healing arts since 2004. DESCRIPTION:The Natick Open Mic welcomes performers of all kinds\, although we ask that groups are limited to 4 people. Performances can be songs\, poetry readings\, story telling\, dancing\, pretty much any kind of live entertainment that you can create in the moment.  \n\nEach act gets 8 minutes of stage time\, including setup\, introduction and tear down\, so be sure to be efficient with your use of time. We will supply a full PA and lighting system to make you look and sound great. \n\nYou can get your name on the roster ahead of the event\, but if there is still room on the roster on the day of the show\, you can still snag a slot. Led by Diana Phillips \nWe gather together to align ourselves to the new\, powerful energies of 2024.\nWhat is a Group Healing Circle? \nGroup healings are a powerful opportunity for participants to clear and release issues shared collectively. The nature of the collective group energy field amplifies the healing that is imparted. Each group healing is different\, since Spirit determines what we will address. Sometimes\, we work deeply to release a concern like fear held in the body. At other times\, Spirit upgrades our energy system\, giving us tools to help others. The healings are transformative and support our awakening. Usually\, group healings last 45-60 minutes. Participants are welcome to ask for support with a specific matter beforehand. During the group healing\, we meditate and Diana brings through what Spirit offers us. After the healing\, we meditate in the stillness. Finally\, those who are moved to are invited to share their experiences. \nHow are the healings transmitted? DESCRIPTION:Mohanji Foundation is organising a session of MaiTri Method\, a deep energy cleansing\, healing and harmonising process on Dec 26th at Common Street Spiritual Center.\n\n \nMai-Tri Method is a profound method of deep cleansing and harmonizing in which deep-seated subconscious blockages are removed\, even from the subtlest layer of our existence – the causal body – where seeds of karmic impressions are stored.\n \nWhile the cleansing reaches deep into the energy records\, it is important to note that Mai-Tri Method does not interfere with the destiny aspect of karma (as this is what has been chosen at the soul level\, be it pleasant or unpleasant to our mind).\n\nThe actual word meaning of “Mai-tri” is friendship\, companionship\, collaboration\, or simply togetherness. “Mai” means mother. The word mother represents unconditional love\, protection\, care\, consistency of emotions\, continuity\, life\, creation etc. Mother also represents levitation\, as in the womb experience. Womb represents the creation as well as healing.\n\nThe program is scheduled between 4-7pm. You could register and select one time slot\, which suits you. The duration of the session is 30mins.
