No prior experience is necessary. \nAbout the facilitator: \nLipi\, an engineer by profession\, while pursuing her education in grad school came across and was deeply impacted by the breathwork techniques of the Art of Living foundation. She discovered that her own breath held the power to heal and transform emotions and impressions stored over the years. She later went on to train as a 1000+ hour certified breathwork and meditation faculty with the Art of Living.
