DESCRIPTION:What is Biodanza?  Biodanza promotes deeper connection to life through beautiful music\, movement and group interaction.  There are no set steps to learn and no dance experience needed\, only a desire to reawaken one’s enchantment with life through Vivencia – the experience of life lived fully in each moment!  Carefully crafted exercises of circles\, games\, archetypal gestures\, and encounters with others are offered in a warm and welcoming environment.  Biodanza is an invitation to open one’s heart to rediscovering the joy of being alive…together! \nWhether you are new to Biodanza or interested in experiencing Biodanza for the very first time\, you are invited to a discovery class where we will use music\, movement and human connection to open more fully to life. No experience needed! \nMusic Includes: \n\nLatin\nBrazilian\nJazz\nAfrican Rhythm\nClassical\n\nThis event is free\, and donations to the Common Street Spiritual Center are most welcome. \nWear comfy clothes\, socks/bare feet.
