Then\, this space is for you! ???????? \nDance for Humanity is a sacred space for all people who cherish dance as a way to connect deeply with yourself\, others and life.? \nCome dance to release and uplift your energy\, move through challenges\, and explore and play! Dance to celebrate and call in the energy and experiences you most want in your life. ???????? \n-– \nYou’ll be guided through a special\, community dance ritual where we’ll dance (free-flow) to a playlist of inspiring world music together.? \nFor each song\, you’ll get to explore inspiring intentions & prompts to access states of being\, like passion\, power and peace\, that will fuel you way beyond our time together. (Space to move and explore as you wish is also provided.)? \nEnjoy fun\, energizing explorations on your own and as a community to call in the best possible outcomes for you\, each other and the world. ?? \n-– \nCome unlock the wisdom and fulfillment of your body that your mind alone cannot access. You don’t have to participate in anything that doesn’t feel aligned with you. Comfortable clothing you feel good dancing in (layers\, yoga/athletic gear; celebratory clothes\, etc.)? \n3. Barefoot\, socks\, or dance shoes with soft\, suede bottoms (i.e. jazz shoes) welcome? \n4. Optional (not required) – Yoga mat for cool-down \n5. Any other comfort items (i.e.\, scarf\, pillow\, blanket\, or items you’d like to explore dancing with). \n— \n⚡️WHERE DO WE GATHER?
