SUMMARY:Chanting and Meditation Group
DESCRIPTION:This chanting and meditation group is designed to tap into our inner freedom. We will have two 15 minute sessions of chanting and two 30 minute sessions of meditation. Through the actions of chanting and meditation\, the aim is to free all the thoughts and emotions stuck within our minds and bodies. And over time\, the goal is to free ourselves from our unconscious programming we have built over our lifetimes and deepen our connection with Spirit.\n\n\nThe event is free and open to the community. SUMMARY:Natick Open Mic
DESCRIPTION:A public open mic that is geared for adult performers\, but welcomes all ages of audience members. Normally every 5th Saturday (of months with 5 Saturdays)\, but this time on a Friday. \nThe Natick Open Mic prides itself on having a diverse range of performances that can include singer/songwriters\, instrumentalists\, spoken word artists and poets\, comedians\, dancers…. pretty much anything that can be performed in front of an audience that is in good taste.  Each performer gets 8 minutes of stage time (which equates roughly to two songs).  We provide all the audio gear to make you sound great\, including a baby grand piano.  Acts can include groups of up to 4 players (larger groups will require special consideration). \n$5 for both audience members & performers \n
