DESCRIPTION:Join us for an introduction to Family Constellations — a practice for healing intergenerational patterns and connecting with the strength and wisdom from our lineage. \nIn every family there are heroes\, heroines\, villains\, and outcasts; people who are easy to love\, and people who feel impossible to love. There have most definitely been great triumphs and death-defying difficulties. \nWe will be exploring how these people and events influence our lives today. We’ll learn how it is possible to come into relationship with the treasures in our family lineage that have been hiding in plain sight. SUMMARY:Healing the Family Tree
DESCRIPTION:In this class the participants will find the patterns they are repeating from their family system. They will find who is connected to\, they will release and heal that imbalance.\nAlso we will work healing the inner child from conception\, and the mother wound.\nAll of this is connect to how we live our lives\, our partner\, career \, abundance\,physical and mental health.\nIt’s also helpful to cut and release those patterns for the future generations so they don’t repeat themselves. \nThe class would be 2 hours and I will provide the materials.

SUMMARY:Digestion: Ayurvedic and Yogic Approach
DESCRIPTION:Ayurveda and Yoga\, both stemming from ancient Vedic Philosophy\, are interconnected sister sciences.\nDuring the session\, we will delve into Ayurvedic perspectives on identifying imbalances and provide practical approaches to address them\, including dietary adjustments\, lifestyle modifications\, and herbs. Led by certified Ayurvedic Doctor Nina Fine\, this segment of the workshop will offer expert guidance.\nExpect an engaging mix of interactive learning and active participation\, during which you will explore and practice techniques such as Pranayama (breathing techniques)\, asanaYoga (yoga postures targeted at various parts of the body)\, and Meditation\, all blended to improve the mind-body-spirit balance. Certified yoga teacher Olena will guide this portion of the workshop.\nNina and Olena will elucidate the connection between chakras (energetic centers in the body) and bodily systems/organs\, offering guidance on recognizing imbalances in the flow of prana (the life force energy) through the chakras and strategies to restore balance.\nIn essence\, the workshop will encompass learning (lecture)\, movement\, breathwork\, and meditation.
