SUMMARY:Rite of the Womb
DESCRIPTION:Join us for The Rite of the Womb\, a monthly women’s circle\, typically held every third Saturday at Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick. \n\nThis sacred gathering offers a space to connect\, heal\, and celebrate your feminine essence through empowering workshops and sacred sisterhood. The evening culminates in the Rite of the Womb\, a shamanic ceremony for releasing fear and ancestral pain to reclaim your inner power. Throughout the evening\, you’ll be embraced by a supportive women’s community\, fostering connections that uplift and inspire.  \nThis month’s Women’s Circle will focus on healing the Sister Wound — the pain many women carry from experiences of comparison\, betrayal\, judgment\, rejection\, competition\, or disconnection with other women. Together\, we will explore the triggers these wounds can create within us\, bringing awareness and compassion to the emotional responses and protective patterns they activate. Through connection and reflection\, we will create a safe space to soften old defenses\, heal these triggers at their root\, and reconnect to trust\, authenticity\, and the power of genuine sisterhood and community. \nIf you feel called\, a few items you may want to bring: \n\nA snack to share with the group\nA personal water bottle\nAny items you would like honored on the collective altar\nDivination tools you work with (examples: crystals\, cards\, smokes\, etc)\nMusical instruments such as drums or rattles\nAnything else that you feel will support the space!\n\nContact Sherry at owls.rising@gmail.com or via text or WhatsApp at 617-980-6022 with any questions or concerns. \nAlthough preregistration is not required\, it is helpful for event preparations. Suggested donation to support the center\, workshop supplies and the group is $22 to $44\, although no one will be turned away for financial hardship.   \nPreregister using the following form link: https://forms.gle/SiZUYrMemju433yK8

\nThis month our women’s circle falls during the Spring Equinox\, the sacred turning point when day and night come into balance—and when the goddess Persephone returns to earth after her six-month reign as Queen of the Underworld\, bringing with her the energies of renewal\, fertility\, abundance\, and the awakening of spring. It feels deeply fitting to honor and embody the archetype of Persephone: the initiate who descends into darkness and returns transformed. Together we will honor the painful experiences that have carried us through our own underworlds\, recognizing that certain thresholds in life change us forever\, yet do not erase who we are. Like Persephone\, we learn to live between worlds- light and shadow\, maiden and queen\, loss and renewal- awakening the goddess energy within us that holds both tenderness and power. Through reflection\, ritual\, and shared sisterhood\, we reclaim the wisdom born from hardship and transform it into personal sovereignty. And as the Spring Equinox marks Persephone’s radiant return to the living world\, we will celebrate with lightness\, dance\, laughter\, flowers\, and abundance—joyfully welcoming the season of growth\, blooming life\, and new possibilities. Together we honor that we\, too\, have emerged from the underworld carrying both our depth and our radiance. SUMMARY:Rite of the Womb
DESCRIPTION:Join us for The Rite of the Womb\, a monthly women’s circle\, typically held every third Saturday at Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick. \nThis sacred gathering offers a welcoming space to connect\, heal\, and honor the feminine through shared practice\, reflection\, and sacred sisterhood. \nIn February\, the gathering will be guided by Pooja Mahtani\, founder of Akasha Codes\, who holds grounded\, compassionate healing spaces rooted in presence\, energetic awareness\, and deep listening. Through gentle guidance\, intentional space-holding\, and womb-focused energetic work\, participants will be invited to soften the nervous system\, reconnect with the womb as a center of memory and creation\, and tend to layers of identity shaped by lineage\, experience\, and lived history. \nThis work supports the remembrance of the womb not only as a physical space\, but as an energetic center of intuition\, creativity\, belonging\, and self-trust. The healing invites the release of inherited patterns\, emotional imprints\, and internalized narratives that may no longer serve—making space for clarity\, sovereignty\, and embodied presence. \nThe evening culminates in The Rite of the Womb\, a shamanic ceremony focused on releasing fear and ancestral pain\, allowing participants to reclaim inner power and wholeness. Throughout the evening\, you’ll be held within a supportive women’s community that fosters connection\, safety\, and inspiration. \nIf you feel called\, a few items you may want to bring: \n\nA snack to share with the group\nA personal water bottle\nAny items you would like honored on the collective altar\nDivination tools you work with (examples: crystals\, cards\, smokes\, etc)\nMusical instruments such as drums or rattles\nAnything else that you feel will support the space!\n\nQuestions or concerns:Please contact Sherry at owls.rising@gmail.com or via text or WhatsApp at 617-980-6022. \nEnergy Exchange:Although preregistration is not required\, it is helpful for event preparations. A suggested donation of $22–$44 supports the center\, workshop supplies\, and the group. No one will be turned away due to financial hardship. \nPreregistration:https://forms.gle/SiZUYrMemju433yK8

Throughout the evening\, you’ll be embraced by a supportive women’s community\, fostering connections that uplift and inspire. \nAs the year winds down and the emotions stirred by holiday gatherings rise to the surface\, we’re offered a powerful moment to pause\, reflect\, and reset. This threshold between one year ending and a new one beginning is an ideal time to release what no longer serves and consciously invite in what you wish to cultivate. For this month’s Rite of the Womb\, we will be working with the elements through powerful water and fire ceremonies for cleansing and transformation. Through the soothing\, nourishing flow of water and the igniting\, transmutative energy of fire\, you’ll be guided to let go of the old while awakening clarity and intention for the year ahead. Honoring the complementary forces of the elements\, we create a sacred ceremonial space with ritual practices to dissolve the past\, open the heart\, and manifest new possibilities with purpose and renewal. \nSuggested items to bring if you feel called: \n\na waterbottle or personal beverage\na snack to share with the group\njournal and/or writing utensil\ndivination tools you work with\nList of what you would like to release and/or what you would like to manifest\nOfferings for the fire and water\nitems to be honored on the communal altar\ninstruments\, rattles or drums\nanything else that you feel can support you or the space\n\nContact Sherry at owls.rising@gmail.com or via text or WhatsApp at 617-980-6022 with any questions or concerns. \nAlthough preregistration is not required\, it is helpful for event preparations. SUMMARY:Rite of the Womb: Mother's Blessing
DESCRIPTION:Join us for The Rite of the Womb\, a monthly women’s circle held every third Saturday at Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick. \nThis sacred gathering offers a space to connect\, heal\, and celebrate your feminine essence through empowering workshops and community. The evening culminates in the Rite of the Womb\, a shamanic initiation for releasing fear and ancestral pain\, and reclaiming your inner power. Throughout the evening\, you’ll be embraced by a supportive women’s community and sisterhood\, fostering connections that uplift and inspire. \nThis month’s workshop explores how the feminine path to spirituality is rooted in the body\, offering daily invitations to surrender\, trust\, and deepen our intuition. When we think of spiritual practice\, we often picture structured rituals like meditation or retreats. But for women\, spiritual growth is also built into our biology—through menstrual cycles\, pregnancy\, birth\, motherhood\, and menopause. Instead of forcing ourselves into linear routines\, we’ll reclaim the wisdom of our natural rhythms and reconnect with the power already within us. \nA unique and exciting celebration that will be taking place this month will be a Mother’s Blessing Ceremony for a sister in our community. A Mother’s Blessing is a sacred rite of passage that honors the emotional\, spiritual\, and physical journey into motherhood. Rooted in ancient feminine traditions\, it shifts the focus from baby to mother—celebrating her body\, intuition\, and inner strength. Surrounded by a circle of women\, she is supported through ritual\, storytelling\, and shared wisdom\, inviting deep surrender and connection to the cyclical power of creation. SUMMARY:Book Club: The Power of Now
DESCRIPTION:This group would be a good fit for people who follow or are interested in meditation and/or the spiritual teachings of Eckhart Tolle. We will read the book The Power of Now in our own time and come together as a group to share what stood out to us the most and reflect on how what we are learning applies to our own lives. Along with discussion\, we will engage in meditation practice and journaling. A copy of The Power of Now would be needed to fully participate\, but people are welcome to sit in on the discussion and participate in activities even if they don’t have the book. A journal/sketchbook would also be a supportive tool. We will meet every other week to allow time and space for reading\, reflection\, and processing on our own between meetings.
