Before the World Ends is an intuitive dance experience by Because I Dance\, created for us to release fear\, reclaim our vital energy\, and nourish our days with hope and courage. It’s an opportunity to transform the path of your life\, even in difficult times\, and leave a legacy of pure love and art\, expressed through the body. \nHere\, movement is your voice. All emotions are welcome. There are no right or wrong steps—only the chance to express yourself honestly and freely. \nGuidelines:\n– Wear that outfit you’ve always wanted to wear but never had the chance—now is the time\, before the world ends! (Make sure it’s comfortable enough to move freely).\n– Shoes off: come barefoot and with an open heart.\n– Mutual respect: everyone has their own rhythm\, choices\, and boundaries.\n– Consent: touch and interactions only with clear permission.\n– Authenticity: feel\, move\, express yourself without fear of judgment.\n– Body care: listen to your physical limits and stay hydrated. \nSchedule:\n4pm – Conversation and reflections on the theme: why dance in difficult times?\n4:30pm – Intuitive dance practice.\n6pm / 7pm – Time for integration\, sharing\, and closing. \nPeople of all ages\, races\, ethnicities\, religions\, sexual orientations\, and genders are welcome and celebrated.
