DESCRIPTION:With joy and presence\, I invite you to join the inaugural event of my dance method – a free gathering held in a space of spirituality\, care\, and transformation. \nIn this gathering\, I will present the foundation of my signature method\, which was born from a deep listening to my own body in motion and is nourished by multiple sources: Gypsy dance\, theater\, bioenergetics\, somatic education\, intuitive dance\, biodanza\, among other practices of reconnection and expression. \nMore than techniques\, what I share here is a lived path.\nMy body is living proof that movement can heal\, release\, and awaken dormant potential. \nThroughout the experience\, I will also guide somatic practices\, allowing you to feel this approach in your skin\, your rhythm\, and your soul — and to sense what it may awaken within you.
