Biodanza invites us to transition from daily roles (masks) to the authentic self\, using the music\, the movement and group interaction for self-discovery.   Identity is not fixed but is in constant\, unfolding actualization.  Identity is revealed when we move away from “duty” and toward the pleasure of being. DESCRIPTION:Join us in a welcoming and compassionate space to dance\, to play\, to connect with our emotions all while revealing our identity through music\, movement and group interaction. Biodanza invites us to transition from daily roles (masks) to the authentic self\, using the music\, the movement and group interaction for self-discovery.   Identity is not fixed but is in constant\, unfolding actualization.  Identity is revealed when we move away from “duty” and toward the pleasure of being.
