SUMMARY:A Course in Miracles
DESCRIPTION:A Course in Miracles: each week we begin our exploration by reading the short introduction which includes these words “the course does not aim at teaching the meaning of love for that is beyond what can be taught. It does aim however at removing the blocks to the awareness of Love’s presence which is your natural inheritance.” \nHas any other subject been written or sung about more often than love? Isn’t it the organizing principle of all religions? So popular and prominent in our daily discourse\, yet so elusive. And don’t we yearn for an alternative to fear\, guilt and hatred\, suspicion and divisiveness?\n\nWhether a beginner\, a student of many years\, or an on-again/off again inquirer\, you are invited to join us in seeking to learn how to love and enjoy being in love. It’s not a solo performance.  Only together\, is love manifest.\n\nhttps://commonstreet.zoom.us/j/91709436048?pwd=eXpvM2dpYlhPNE1aNGE5cEFtOER4Zz09 \nMeeting ID: 917 0943 6048\nPasscode: 695321\nOne tap mobile\n+13017158592\,\,91709436048#\,\,\,\,*695321# US (Washington DC)\n+13126266799\,\,91709436048#\,\,\,\,*695321# US (Chicago)

SUMMARY:Divine Design - Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:The innaugural ‘Divine Design – Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath’ will be held on Friday\, September 22nd at the Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick\, MA! Here are the details…\n-Doors open at 6:00 for stretching\, snacking\, and socializing while gentle music sets the mood.\n-There will be an open intention-setting meditation at 7:00\, with a theme coinciding with the autumn equinox. We will then transition into dancing to delicious exotic jams\, with both DJ set/performance and live (often improv) accompaniment on a variety of instruments. This will be the ecstatic dance portion of the event and will run until approx. 8:30.\n-Then\, Lara Woolfson will help us all cool down and ground with a sound bath featuring singing bowls\, shamanic drumming\, and more to close out the event.\nThere is a suggested donation of $25-35 for this event\, but if funds are a barrier to entry for you\, don’t let that stop you from enjoying this releasing\, healing\, and uplifting community event… just donate whatever you can. Every contribution will help us to keep putting on these events\, as we would like for this to become a recurring shindig!\nBring anything you might want… hoops/poi/etc. for flow arts\, a yoga mat/blanket/pillow for the sound bath\, water for hydration. The center will have some meditation cushions and blankets available for borrowing as well.\nI hope to see you there to jive\, shake\, wiggle\, jump\, twirl\, and other words that describe movement…\nPeace & Respect\,\nJason A.
