And when we honor our present-moment experiences\, something powerful happens: we create relationships rooted in trust\, choice\, and genuine connection. \nIn this evening of Authentic Relating Games\, we’ll gently explore what it means to stay present with ourselves and others in real time. Through playful exercises\, curiosity\, movement\, and honest connection\, we’ll practice noticing our impulses\, emotions\, sensations\, and desires — without rushing past them. \nTogether\, we’ll explore:\n What helps us feel safe\, open\, and connected\n How to recognize and communicate while being present\n How presence can deepen intimacy\, trust\, and self-awareness \nCome as you are — with your curiosity\, your honesty\, your tenderness\, and presence.  \n Core Practices of Authentic Relating:\nWelcome Everything\nHonor Self and Other\nOwn Your Experience\nCommitment to Connection \n About the Facilitators \nTiffany Hawco creates spaces where people return to—grounded\, alive\, and deeply human.
