DESCRIPTION:Emotions In Motion’s monthly Mother’s Circle is a safe and supportive space for like-minded women of all ages and stages of motherhood to connect\, reflect\, share\, and experience the healing and growth that happens when women gather in community and connect through authenticity\, courage\, and vulnerability. \nEach circle is unique\, offering a welcoming and non-judgmental space for mothers to foster meaningful connections\, conversations\, and reflection. Circles include meditation\, guided journaling\, time to hold space for each other and share our stories\, authentic conversations\, mindful movement\, and other immersive mind-body experiences that promote healing\, growth\, and connection. \nCome as you are and with an open mind and heart- whether you’re seeking community and connection\, healing and support\, or simply a moment to recharge\, our circle welcomes you. \nLeave feeling seen\, heard\, supported\, and with a greater sense of belonging and connection to yourself and others along your journey. \nPlease bring a journal.
