SUMMARY:Chanting and Meditation Group
DESCRIPTION:This chanting and meditation group is designed to tap into our inner freedom. We will have two 15 minute sessions of chanting and two 30 minute sessions of meditation. Through the actions of chanting and meditation\, the aim is to free all the thoughts and emotions stuck within our minds and bodies. And over time\, the goal is to free ourselves from our unconscious programming we have built over our lifetimes and deepen our connection with Spirit.\n\n\nThe event is free and open to the community. Our goal is to help you find balance\, clarity\, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.\nSessions take place every 15 days\, on Wednesdays\, starting at 7 PM (19:00)\, at 13 Common St\, Natick\, MA (Common Street Spiritual Center). \nThis event is completely free.\nPlease remember to register in order to participate. Access the registration link to join the WhatsApp group and receive the Google Form to participate. \nUnfortunately\, due to the limited number of people working\, we also have a limit on how many participants we can attend. For this reason\, it is very important that everyone registers in advance. \nPlease arrive on time to join the opening prayer and energy cleansing\, which are essential parts of the experience.
