DESCRIPTION:Join us for The Rite of the Womb\, a monthly women’s circle\, typically held every third Saturday at Common Street Spiritual Center in Natick. \nThis sacred gathering offers a welcoming space to connect\, heal\, and honor the feminine through shared practice\, reflection\, and sacred sisterhood. \nIn February\, the gathering will be guided by Pooja Mahtani\, founder of Akasha Codes\, who holds grounded\, compassionate healing spaces rooted in presence\, energetic awareness\, and deep listening. Through gentle guidance\, intentional space-holding\, and womb-focused energetic work\, participants will be invited to soften the nervous system\, reconnect with the womb as a center of memory and creation\, and tend to layers of identity shaped by lineage\, experience\, and lived history. \nThis work supports the remembrance of the womb not only as a physical space\, but as an energetic center of intuition\, creativity\, belonging\, and self-trust. The healing invites the release of inherited patterns\, emotional imprints\, and internalized narratives that may no longer serve—making space for clarity\, sovereignty\, and embodied presence. \nThe evening culminates in The Rite of the Womb\, a shamanic ceremony focused on releasing fear and ancestral pain\, allowing participants to reclaim inner power and wholeness. Throughout the evening\, you’ll be embraced by a supportive women’s community\, fostering connections that uplift and inspire.  \nThis month our women’s circle falls during the Spring Equinox\, the sacred turning point when day and night come into balance—and when the goddess Persephone returns to earth after her six-month reign as Queen of the Underworld\, bringing with her the energies of renewal\, fertility\, abundance\, and the awakening of spring. It feels deeply fitting to honor and embody the archetype of Persephone: the initiate who descends into darkness and returns transformed. Together we will honor the painful experiences that have carried us through our own underworlds\, recognizing that certain thresholds in life change us forever\, yet do not erase who we are. Like Persephone\, we learn to live between worlds- light and shadow\, maiden and queen\, loss and renewal- awakening the goddess energy within us that holds both tenderness and power. Through reflection\, ritual\, and shared sisterhood\, we reclaim the wisdom born from hardship and transform it into personal sovereignty. And as the Spring Equinox marks Persephone’s radiant return to the living world\, we will celebrate with lightness\, dance\, laughter\, flowers\, and abundance—joyfully welcoming the season of growth\, blooming life\, and new possibilities.
