A fisherman depends on it for livelihood\, while the poet and artist get inspired by its beauty and create! \nThe river gives refuge to the sick\, old\, tired\, socially unacceptable and retired\, by its soothing sound of rippling\, flowing water. \nBut as we use and enjoy the river\, we remain somewhat numb to the ways we abuse it. So who will give refuge to the river? \nFree and open to the public.

DESCRIPTION:A concert by the Kennedy and Wilson private saxophone students in Kevin Baldwin’s saxophone studio. Students from both middle schools will be performing as soloists or in small groups\, many for the first time. The music will range from movie theme songs\, like Pirates of the Caribbean and Pink Panther\, to works from the classical tradition by J.S. Bach\, Ludwig von Beethoven\, and others. The hard-working students are thrilled to share their passion for their instrument and show how hard they have worked over the year.
