Participants notice reduced stress and anxiety\, better sleep\, a stronger immune system\, and increased energy levels.  \nIt is a popular technique with mentions in Breath (James Nestor) as well as the New York times\, Forbes\, amongst others. Participants notice reduced stress and anxiety\, better sleep\, a stronger immune system\, and increased energy levels.  \nIt is a popular technique with mentions in Breath (James Nestor) as well as the New York times\, Forbes\, amongst others. There are about a 100+ research studies conducted on it that have scientifically verified the benefits that it provides. Papers and references can be found at: \nhttps://www.artofliving.org/us-en/meditation/benefits/research-sudarshan-kriya \nWhere can I learn more about this course? \nhttps://www.artofliving.org/us-en/ \nWho all can attend this course? \nAlmost about anyone! Yes\, the Art of Living curriculum is a two part curriculum. You can do these workshops independently.
