These circles are a perfect opportunity to pause\, breathe\, and connect with yourself and others. \nWhat You Can Expect:\n-A judgment-free space for authentic sharing\n-Guided journaling to gain self-awareness\, clarity\, and new insights\n-Guided immersive mind-body experiences that foster healing\, growth\, & connection\n-Meditation & breathwork to feel calm & grounded\n-Meaningful community & authentic connection with other like-minded and like-hearted moms where you feel seen\, heard\, and supported \nWhy join? \nOur innate need for authentic connection gets largely unmet in motherhood and our fast-paced busyness society. Our attempts to feel more connected through social media often makes us feel more disconnected and alone.
