A powerful energy\, when activated\, may manifest our physical\, mental\, and spiritual lives.  More importantly\, how we can cultivate & harness Śakti & Kundalinī energies to help live a purposeful and balanced life of strength\, resilience\, and compassion. \n “When the sleeping goddess Kundalini is awakened\, through the grace of the Guru\, all the chakras and the bonds are readily pierced through and through.” (Siva Samhita\, 4:13)” \nIf curious\, please just come out to learn about Śakti feminine energy and experience the power & joy of Kundalinī Yoga. \nWorkshop is free and open to the public.
